Meaden & Moore is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Lynch,
CPA, as Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Assurance Services Group. In this role, Sarah will lead the Assurance practice, overseeing client service, internal processes, team development, technology initiatives, and overall department strategy.
With over 20 years of experience in public accounting, Sarah has developed deep expertise across multiple industries, including manufacturing, distribution, communications, private equity, and employee benefits. Her technical acumen and strategic insights allow her to manage complex client engagements with precision, ensuring high-quality assurance services tailored to each client’s needs.
Beyond her client work, Sarah is a dedicated mentor and role model, actively leading training programs to support the professional growth of Meaden & Moore’s assurance professionals. She has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s culture and leadership initiatives, contributing to the IDEA team, DEI Council, and the expansion of the firm’s private equity client base. As a long-standing member of the Assurance Senior Leadership Team (SLT), she has been instrumental in advancing the firm’s assurance strategies and operational efficiencies.
Sarah joined Meaden & Moore as an intern in 2001, quickly rising through the ranks due to her commitment to excellence and leadership. Her promotion to Partner-in-Charge of Assurance reflects her deep understanding of the industry, ability to foster client relationships, and dedication to developing the next generation of accounting professionals.
