It is our pleasure to announce the promotion of three new Directors at Meaden & Moore. The three individuals are Jim Crawford, Pam Landis, and Karin Spoerke.
Jill is a member of our Tax Services Group in our Akron office and has over 20 years of public accounting and private industry experience. She provides strategic tax, accounting and business advisory services to companies and their owners in a variety of industries. She focuses her practice on multistate income and sales/use taxation as well as corporate and “flow-through” entities and how to minimize the tax liabilities of their owners. Prior to joining Meaden & Moore, Jill worked as the tax manager for a large, private company.
Pam is based in our Wooster office and works in Meaden & Moore’s Tax Services Group. With over 20 years’ experience in public accounting and industry, she focuses her practice on tax matters for companies in a variety of industries. Pam has experience in serving the consulting and compliance needs of many of our clients at both the individual and corporate levels. Prior to joining Meaden & Moore, Pam worked in the assurance area, planning, administering and supervising various types of financial statement examinations and preparations of various business tax returns.
Karin has over 20 years’ experience in public accounting and providing advisory services to privately held companies. She is in our Cleveland Office and part of the Assurance Services Group. Karin is in her element when she is on-site listening to her client’s needs and working together with them to develop solutions to whatever business concerns they may have. She is detail orientated and passionate about working with our closely held companies to help them succeed in achieving their own unique goals. Although Karin has various responsibilities, her duties include planning, executing, and managing audits, reviews and compilations of privately held companies. In addition, she manages the preparation, review and filing of corporate federal, state and local tax returns.
