This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered a few months ago. 73% of our Northeast Ohio colleagues participated. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.
Being named a Top Workplace is a big deal — only 212 companies made this year’s list.
