Meaden & Moore Continuity Plan - COVID-19
The situation around the Coronavirus outbreak is evolving and changing daily, even hour by hour. We want to assure you that Meaden & Moore is actively monitoring these events and modifying our service platform in order to provide you with the professional services you expect while protecting the health and well-being of our team members and their families.
Several weeks ago, we adopted workplace preparedness measures and initiated a number of precautions as recommended by the CDC and state and local health officials. These measures and precautions centered upon the best practices which would protect our workplaces and mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Concurrently, we actively updated our business continuity plan and prepared and tested our technology platforms in the event that the majority of us would work remotely.
Effective Monday, March 16th we initiated a “work from home program” whereby the majority of our team members are working and servicing you remotely. Our cloud-based systems provide us access to information and a full complement of remote-access tools, enabling us to completely service and communicate with our clients without interruption. Many of our offices remain open, however we have limitations on guests and meetings.
As the situation evolves in the coming weeks and months, our teams remain ready and accessible. We will continually provide “alerts” and “commentary” updating you on the latest regulatory, governmental and industry initiatives and changes impacting your business. At any time, please feel free to contact any member of your M&M relationship team or me directly should you have any questions.
For over 100 years, Meaden & Moore has been helping and advising clients through unique and challenging times. We are proud of our long lasting and enduring client relationships and look forward to working together to navigate through these difficult times. All the while, we will continue to keep the health and well-being of our team members, their families, our clients and communities at the top of mind.
