In their new roles, Sarah and Keith will oversee client service, internal operations, team career development, technology initiatives, and overall strategic direction for the Assurance and Tax departments. Experienced Leaders with a Track Record of Success
Sarah began her journey with Meaden & Moore as an intern in 2001 and has since been a driving force in shaping the firm's culture and leadership initiatives. She has made significant contributions to the IDEA team, DEI Council, and the growth of the firm’s private equity client base. As a dedicated member of the Assurance Senior Leadership Team, she has played a key role in enhancing the firm’s assurance strategies and optimizing operational efficiencies.
Reflecting on her new role, Sarah stated: "I am incredibly grateful for the trust and confidence being placed in me to take on the role of Partner-in-Charge of Assurance. Keith Hughes joined Meaden & Moore in 2014 as a Vice President Principal and was promoted to Partner in 2021. With over 30 years of tax consulting experience, Keith specializes in advising closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals. He has been an integral part of the Tax Senior Leadership Team and is actively involved in firm-wide initiatives. Keith is highly regarded for his mentorship, technical expertise, and ability to manage complex tax matters while fostering team development.
