election of Jim Rollins as its next CEO and Managing Partner, effective January 2025. Rollins will succeed Jim Carulas, who concludes a distinguished 17-year tenure as CEO/Managing Partner.
Since joining Meaden & Moore in 1989, Rollins has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s growth and success. Over his 35-year career, he has built a reputation as a forward-thinking leader dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and client service.
Rollins’ notable achievements include:
- Driving Regional Growth and Strategic Expansion: Rollins has been pivotal in enhancing Meaden & Moore’s presence in Northeast Ohio, having previously managed the Firm’s Wooster office and subsequently leading the firm’s expansion into the Akron market, and managing the seamless integration of Daywalt Tobin—one of the Firm’s larger mergers.
- Leadership and Governance: As President of the Assurance & Tax Group, Rollins successfully guided the team through significant milestones while contributing to key policies and initiatives as a member of the Executive and Compensation Committees.
- Fostering Innovation and Operational Excellence: Rollins has championed innovation within the firm, implementing advanced processes and technologies to improve efficiency, enhance client service delivery, and position Meaden & Moore as an industry leader.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Rollins is deeply committed to fostering talent and building meaningful relationships. He has mentored countless colleagues, developed emerging leaders, and consistently demonstrated a passion for collaboration and inclusion.

Carulas’ continued involvement will ensure a seamless leadership transition and contribute to the firm’s future success.
