For over 35 years, Jim has been advising clients on a number of financial and business matters. Much of his experience has been advising the owners and management of growth-oriented companies on business growth and expansion strategies including global expansion.
Jim is responsible for leading the Firm's strategic and business growth initiatives. His commitment to the success and growth of Meaden & Moore is remarkable, and in 2008, he was elected Meaden & Moore’s seventh managing partner. In his fifteen years of leadership, Meaden & Moore has grown to 250 employees in 20 locations, including opening our first international office in London, U.K. in 2014.
Jim has had a long and impactful career in public accounting as mentor and advisor. He oversees the professional development of a number of professionals and he’s been responsible for mentoring a number of staff and current partners throughout his career.
Jim’s contribution to the profession has been exceptional. He’s dedicated his career to continuously advancing his professional knowledge and helping others develop the skills critical for success in the profession and the business world. He is a Board Member and Past Chairman of the AGN International Board and also serves on the AGN North America Board of Directors. AGN International is a worldwide association of separate and independent accounting firms.
One of Jim’s passions is education. He’s actively involved in Breakthrough Schools and has been serving on the Board of the Friends of Breakthrough Schools for the last 10 years. He is also on the Board of Directors and an Executive Committee Member for the Ohio Federation of Independent Colleges.
