Yolanda Perez in the Orlando office has been working in conjunction with our Human Resources Team to boost our recruiting efforts for the Investigative Accounting Group.
Recently, Yolanda passed her Certified Professional (CP) exam from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). SHRM provides several different exams for human resources professionals to validate their knowledge in their role. The Certified Professional exam tests HR professionals in functional, technical and behavioral competencies. I can tell you from experience. These tests are not easy, and it’s a grueling 4‐hour exam. Earning this designation takes a great deal of preparation and is a great achievement.
