Carol Hargenrader and Dezirae Stoker in our Human Resources Department both
recently completed the Mental Health Ally Certification through the Society for Human Resources and PsychHub. This Certification was created to equip HR professionals with critical mental health knowledge and actionable steps to assist employees and others during difficult times. The certification program is an eight-part series that teaches how to recognize signs and symptoms of various mental health issues and how to provide help and support.
While this certification equips non-experts with the necessary training to be a supportive ally and resource, it does not replace the expertise of qualified professionals who specialize in diagnosis and treatment.
