Celebrating 150 Years: Akron-Summit County Public Library Gala

In June, Vice Presidents, Kendra Philon and Angelina Milo, had the honor of attending the Akron-Summit County Public Library's 150th Anniversary Gala. The event celebrated a century and a half of service and dedication to the community and highlighted forward-looking plans for the library's future.

The gala recognized the library's significant impact on education and community building over the years. Attendees enjoyed a night of speeches, music, and networking, all while celebrating the library's legacy.
