Carlin Culbertson was recently appointed to the Great Lakes Regional Prevention Council for Child Abuse and Child Neglect Prevention by the Cuyahoga County Executive (Armond Budish). Working for the Ohio Children’s Trust Fund, the Council oversees the region, which is made up of Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula counties for the OCTF.
The Ohio Children’s Trust Fund has a very simple goal “to prevent child abuse and neglect through investing in strong communities, healthy families and safe children.” To ensure that, they focus on parents, caregivers, and professionals who serve families.
