Experience

For over four decades, Pete has been providing tax planning services for privately held companies and individuals. He focuses his practice on “flow-through” entities and how to minimize the tax liabilities of their owners. 

Pete’s responsibilities include keeping current with new laws, rulings, and court opinions that impact the firm’s clientele, representing clients who are under audit, serving as their advocate throughout the audit process, and regularly advising clients on the tax consequences of a wide array of transactions.

He has been a frequent speaker for professional, civic, and business organizations on a variety of tax topics.
