An entrepreneur at heart, Lisa’s passion for helping companies grow began with her family’s multi-generational business. She believes leadership makes the difference between business success and failure and she works to train, develop, and mentor business leaders.

Lisa expanded her focus outside the financial services industry to follow this passion and help grow leaders across diverse businesses and industries. She has done this work for the past 10 years concurrent with her other business responsibilities. She was most recently with Floyd Consulting and Growth Opportunity Partners, where she helped growing companies align business and personal performance in leading teams to execute their growth strategies to ensure success.
