Jim Rollins, CPA

Experience

With over 30 years of business in advisory, private equity, and public accounting management experience, Jim is the Chief Executive Officer of the firm. He leads a team of experienced associates, managers, and partners to deliver excellent client service and works closely with his team to ensure the high-quality execution of client projects and goals.

Jim is also responsible for developing new services and identifying opportunities for industry expansion. He has strong entrepreneurial skills including expertise in mergers and acquisitions, as well as the experience of building two regional offices with Meaden & Moore.

Jim is passionate about helping clients succeed. He understands that for many closely held businesses, it’s not just about the numbers, but also the impact the business has on its owners and their families.

In addition, Jim has years of strategic Exit Planning experience which has had positive impacts on many multi-generational family businesses.

Jim is the Regional Chairman for North America on the AGN International board, where he collaborates with other AGN board members and top US CPA Firm Executives on critical industry projects, providing innovative ideas, and assisting other members and their clients with the latest industry challenges.
