Barry E. Thoman, CPA

Experience

Barry brings extensive experience in public accounting, especially technical accounting, to every engagement. He has spent his entire career working with closely held and public companies in the manufacturing, distribution, construction, and communications industries. This experience and education have trained him to assist clients with many business consulting matters including financing, staffing, and operational issues.

Additionally, Barry has extensive experience advising clients on business acquisitions and divestitures, performs numerous due diligence projects annually, and assists clients in preparing for and transitioning their business to future generations or different ownership.

He also has worked with corporate tax matters, having defended clients to the Internal Revenue Service and state tax examiners.
