Experience
Andy has over 20 years of public accounting experience and specializes in forensic accounting services for the legal and insurance professions. He has been designated as an expert and testified in Federal and State courts on a variety of matters including commercial insurance claim evaluations, contract disputes, loss of profits, personal injury, wrongful death, professional liability, and white-collar crime. He has also been appointed as an Appraiser on a variety of commercial property insurance disputes.
Andy’s experience spans varied industries, including manufacturing, energy, hospitals, retail, hotel and hospitality, construction, agriculture, transportation, colleges and universities, restaurants, and stadiums and theatres. He evaluates damages related to business interruption claims, inventory and contents claims, extra expense claims, employee dishonesty claims, theft claims, product liability, subrogation, builders risk claims, surety bond claims, loss of profits, economic damages, contract disputes, shareholder disputes and financial motive.
Andy has frequently presented continuing education at industry conferences and seminars, client locations, and numerous internal training sessions.
